General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions are compiled in accordance with the Electronic Commerce on the Market Act (ZEPT), the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the General European Union Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).

The online store dekoidea.si is managed by the company Tomen d.o.o., (hereinafter the provider) Čepovan 104, 5253 Čepovan, registration number 2293838, tax number SI54343593, TRR (IBAN): SI56 0224 1025 6468 287. Registration number 1/05051/00.

The General Terms and Conditions determine the terms of use and the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase through the online store dekoidea.si, protection of personal data and other rights and obligations of the user (or buyer) and the provider. The provider reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions without special notice. The changes are valid from the moment of publication and are binding on the user.

By registering or using an online store dekoidea.si, the user accepts these general terms and conditions and confirms that he is familiar with them and agrees with them.

Availability of information

The provider undertakes to always provide the user with the following information:

  • company data (company name, registered office, tax, registration number and registration data),
  • contact information, for fast and efficient communication,
  • essential characteristics of goods or services,
  • the price of goods or services, including all taxes and other charges,
    possible delivery costs, 
  • more detailed arrangement of payment and the manner and deadline of delivery or fulfillment of the order, 
    information to the consumer on the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 43. Articles of the Consumer Protection Act and conditions for resignation; in addition, whether and how much it costs the buyer to withdraw from the contract,
  • time validity of the offer and price, 
  • an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all details of the contact person or customer service.

Registration and login

The new user registers online by selecting the appropriate icon to register the person. The user must enter the required information, then confirm the general terms and conditions and click on the button to complete the registration. The user receives a confirmation of registration at his e-mail address.

In order to make an online purchase, it is necessary to agree to the general terms and conditions and to protect privacy. In case of disagreement with the general terms and conditions, registration and / or purchase is not possible.

A user who is already registered enters only his e-mail address and password (registered user) to log in to the website.

Purchase

The user adds the selected items to the cart by clicking "add to cart" on the presentation page of each product. The user views the items in the cart by clicking on the cart button (shopping cart thumbnail) or by clicking on the show cart button. The quantity of the product is automatically set to 1, if the user wants more products, change the quantity accordingly in the cart view, with a + or - sign. The "Back to the Store" button is selected to continue reviewing other items. To complete the purchase, select the "continue to checkout" button. In the next step, the user has the option to register (if the user is not already registered, click on the Create Account button) or place an order without registration. The user enters personal data, indicates that he agrees to the terms of business and privacy, chooses the method of payment and delivery. The order is confirmed by clicking on "buy now". The bidder may also reject the order if it finds that it cannot execute it under the given conditions. Of course we will inform you about this. The purchase contract between the provider and the user is concluded at the moment when the user receives the first electronic message about the status of his order (or confirmation of receipt of the order). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to the provider and the user. It is not possible to change customer data later.

In order to make an online purchase, it is necessary to agree to the general terms and conditions and to protect privacy. In case of disagreement with the general terms and conditions, registration and / or purchase is not possible.

Purchase for legal entities

The dekoidea.si online store can also be used by legal entities. The purchase procedure is exactly the same as for natural persons, except that you enter the company's data and a valid tax number under the Company Name in the order. If you want an invoice per company, you accept the terms of business that apply to companies. Legal entities do not have the option to withdraw from the purchase, as is the case for natural persons. No refund is possible. In case of complaints, write to us at info@dekoidea.si, we will do our best to solve the problem as best we can.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer (applies only to natural persons who acquire the item for purposes outside their acquisition activity) has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the products that he withdraws from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The deadline starts one day after the date of receipt of the items.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer notifies the provider in writing to the e-mail address: info@dekoidea.si., where the provider is available to negotiate the progress of the return and determine the integrity of the product. After the return agreement, the user returns the product to the address: Tomen doo, Čepovan 104, 5253 Čepovan. Only undamaged products can be returned, in the same quantity and in the original packaging. In case of returning the products, the user bears the shipping costs, we do not accept redemption shipments. The product must be returned no later than 21 days from the written notice of withdrawal. Reimbursement of payments must be made by the company in the shortest possible time or no later than 8 days from receipt of the returned product. Payment is refunded exclusively by transfer to a transaction account. Cash refunds are not possible. If a discount or promotional code was used for the order, only the amount paid will be returned to the user's bank account. The promotional code is considered as a means of payment and is returned to the user as an unused promotional code (if the promotion is still valid).

The buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract whose subject is a product that was manufactured according to the instructions of the buyer.

Prices and validity of the offer

Online prices are valid for purchases in the online store dekoidea.si. All prices in the online store are expressed in EUR and already include VAT. Since the conclusion of the sales contract, all prices and other conditions have been fixed and apply to the provider and user.

We reserve the right to make errors in the description, price and delivery time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Methods of payment and invoicing

Possible payment methods:

  •  cash on delivery (online price applies only in Slovenia) *,
  • by transfer to the bank account of the provider (online price applies) *

The provider sends the user an invoice in pdf format to the user's e-mail address. The invoice shows the price of the products and all costs related to the purchase. The user is informed of the right to withdraw from the contract.

The user is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing an order. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account.

Delivery time and delivery

When ordering a product in stock and if the order is placed on a working day by 2 pm, the shipment is sent within 24 hours (or on the first working day). When ordering a product on order or if the product is not in stock, the shipment will be shipped within 30 working days.

Packages are delivered by our contractual partner  GLS doo.. Shipment in 90% cases arrives the next working day after shipment, and the official delivery time, for which our contractual partner is obliged, is 3 days for Slovenia and up to 7 days for Croatia and Austria. After shipping the shipment, you will receive a notification to your email address that the package has been sent. If you are not at home upon delivery, the delivery person will leave you a notice and deliver the package again on the fifth working day. You can also pick up the package at the nearest parcel machine or at the nearest parcel petrol station, only for Slovenia. At petrol stations, the package is charged to the customer € 0.45 for packages without ransom and € 1.45 for packages with ransom, only for Slovenia.

Free postage is recognized if the total value of the products is € 40 (including VAT) for Slovenia.

Free postage is recognized if the total value of the products is € 60 (including VAT) or more for Croatia.

Free postage is recognized if the total value of the products is € 100 (including VAT) for Austria.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are the same for the whole of Slovenia and differ according to the value of the order. For orders up to € 40, the cost of delivery and packaging is € 4.50 (including VAT). Delivery is free for orders over € 40. In the case of cash payment, the price of postage is a bit more expensive and amounts to € 6.00. Upon receipt of the package, the GLS delivery service will NOT charge you a fee for payment. At petrol stations, the package is charged to the customer € 0.45 for packages without ransom and € 1.45 for packages with ransom.

Delivery costs are the same for the whole of Croatia and vary depending on the value of the order. For orders up to € 60, the cost of delivery and packaging is € 9 (including VAT). Delivery is free for orders over € 60.

Promotional code

Promotional code or the coupon code brings various benefits. Its validity is limited in time. The promotional code is entered in the appropriate box before the purchase is completed. 

Product pictures

Product images are symbolic. Received products may differ from the image in the online store (color, number,… deviation).

Protection of personal data

We guarantee users all rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Personal Data Protection Act. By registering or ordering in the dekoidea.si online store, the user allows the provider, Tomen doo, to establish, maintain and manage the user's personal data for an unlimited period of time in order to fulfill or exercise rights from the contractual relationship and direct marketing. The user may at any time request the permanent or temporary cessation of the use of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing via e-mail. The organizer reserves the right to organize the award ceremony as a public event. By participating in the prize draw, the participant allows his / her name and address to be used in the audio, photo and video material of the prize draw organizer. The winner allows the organizer of the prize game to publish his personal data in the media and on the World Wide Web in order to inform about the results of the draw or. accepting prizes.

Sweepstakes rules

Participants in the prize game are natural persons who participate in published prize campaigns and are citizens of the Republic of Slovenia. Participants cannot be persons employed by the provider, legal entities and persons who do not follow the rules of the prize game. It is considered that the user has accepted the rules of the prize game by participating in the published prize game.

No purchase in the online store is required to participate in the prize draw. The winners of the prizes are determined by a random function of computer selection or the commission of the organizer. The result of the draw is final, no appeal is possible. The winner will be notified by online publication on the same website as the prize draw. It is not possible to pay the prize in cash, nor can it be exchanged for another item.

A real mistake

A material defect is considered when the product does not have the properties that allow its normal use. The material defect is checked by comparison with another product of the same type. The buyer informs the provider about any material error, at his own expense and within the statutory deadline. The customer describes the defect in detail and allows the product to be inspected. The right to assert material errors is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

Conflict solving

Please also provide a telephone number in the message so that we can call you to resolve the dispute more easily and quickly. If no mutual agreement can be reached, the relevant court in Ljubljana, Slovenia is present.
